First
Base and Catcher
Use
the Head Down Trainers training system to improve your
“in–the-dirt” ball handling skills.
In addition, catchers can work on preventing low-and-away
passed balls.
Batting
Head Down Trainers will improve your batting average.
Used during soft-toss drills or with a “T”,
Head Down Trainers will train you to keep your head
and eyes down to concentrate on the ball at impact.
